The director of the documentary Alexia Tsouni thanked the festival and the audience for the award, and dedicated it to the Palestinian people, who, in the midst of war and genocide, keep resisting. She stressed that today it\u2019s the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games, which in ancient times meant a truce; however, not only there is no truce, but the massacre continues. She noted that the Greek people are always in solidarity with the Palestinian people, who must win their freedom. The occupation and genocide should end now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
